Phantastic Family

Hi! I'm Cassidy, previously known as Teh Wifey, (courtesy of Boyfriend-my husband).  We live near Dallas, TX two streets away from my mother.  It isn't for everyone, but if you have an awesome mom like mine-it isn't so bad.   

I work for the best airline* in existence** spending my days speaking and writing to our Customers.  Some days it is hard but most I am so appreciative of my position because I literally make a major difference in their lives, NBD.

I love reading and writing so blogging is the natural fit.  You can also find me over at Dallas Moms Blog as a contributor.

Basically I'm just your average nearly 30 something who feels like they are important enough to put their thoughts out in the world and that people will want to read them, smiley faces included. :)

This is Boyfriend.  We have been together for over 10 years, married in 2007.  He hasn't been upgraded to Husband status, maybe one day.  I just like to think that if I continue to refer to him as my Boyfriend it keeps his youthful charm. 

Boyfriend and I met in middle school but I don't remember him.  He can tell me exactly where my locker was though because he said he used to watch me from one of his classes.  Creep.  He was too cool for me in high school (literally) so he waited until a year after graduation to ask me out.  One makeout mix and a summer "fling" we were committed for life.  Aka, we are suckers who love each other very much. 

Boyfriend works at a job that I don't really know what he does (other than it is very flexible) and sometimes blogs at Jack and the Baby Talk. 

Evelyn was born in March 2010.  Smart, sassy and a former nudist-aka most fun child ever.  She is exactly like her father with my sensitivity mixed in which makes for a tumultuous experience.  

Penny arrived June 2014.  The newest member of our family is making her presence known and finding her place in teh family with loud crying, poopy diapers and smiles that will your heart stop. 

The last member of The Phantastic Family is Shrek.  While I might have the best kids, I will be the first to admit I do not have a dog to be envious of.  He is the best at loving though, I have never met a dog who loves life more than he does.
